Ty’Quawn Cobb , better known as Quawn Banks is a contemporary southern soul artist with a Blues flavor for songwriting and storytelling. Raised in Pinetops, North Carolina he grew up being and living up to his later found nickname “The Old Soul”. As he got a little older, he was drawn to R&B and rap, but he never strayed from the classic southern soul and blues that inspired him to sing. After serving in the military for years; in 2017 he ran back to his first love music. In 2021, he released his first southern soul single “Used to be Mine” which is grabbing a lot of attention. He also looks to put out his first official project “Love Maintenance” the EP December 1st, 2021.
